Purpose, Mission, Objective.

For those who wore the uniform in any service these things defined our job from the strategic to the tactical level we oriented our actions on these things.

So now what…the uniform hangs in the closet and you got another mission…running a business.

So let me set the strategic objective for you. You are here now to buy a business and create wealth. Wealth that can provide for you and your family, provide careers for employees, trade for communities that subsequently grow and thrive.

One only needs to look at the Midwest to see towns that were gutted when essential small businesses left or closed. The economic and social carnage that flows from that is a morning news clip from you.

Business is how we push back. We acquire, lead and scale profitable business that provide you and your family the wealth to fill not only your personal wealth gap but your community’s wealth gap.

Business and commerce are the core of what we are as Americans. From our earliest origins as a nation, we were business oriented: Franklin the inventor, Roger Sherman the shoemaker, Robert Morris and Hamilton in Import and Export.  Washington and Adams also used trade to gain wealth.

It is our American Dream.  You were a Soldier, Sailor, Airman…but deep inside you were always about business.  Be inquisitive, look to what your community needs and bring your leadership skills, your drive, and your abilities to what our nation needs. Strong local communities that thrive.

Your business no matter what it is will create jobs, purpose and financial prosperity.

So Do.
